نحن نبحث عن حارس أمن (مستودع) موثوق ويقظ للانضمام إلى عملياتنا في الرياض.
تعتبر هذه الوظيفة ضرورية للحفاظ على بيئة مستودع آمنة ومأمونة. ستقوم بمراقبة الوصول وحركة السلع، والاستجابة للحوادث، ودعم إجراءات الوقاية من الخسائر والسلامة. المرشح المثالي يجب أن يكون ملاحظًا، مهنيًا، وقادرًا على اتباع سياسات الشركة واللوائح المحلية، ويعمل جيدًا في بيئة لوجيستية سريعة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • مراقبة والتحكم في الوصول إلى المستودع وتحقق من هويات الزوار والمقاولين.
  • القيام بدوريات في مرافق المستودع لمنع السرقة والتخريب.
  • مراقبة أنظمة CCTV والاستجابة للتنبيهات.
  • إجراء الفحوصات الروتينية للتأكد من الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والأمان.
  • التعاون مع موظفي المستودع والشركاء اللوجستيين للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل تدريب إضافي أو شهادة في الأمن أو السلامة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال الأمن، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة مستودعات أو لوجستيات.
  • رخصة أمنية سارية أو شهادة مطلوبة.

المهارات المطلوبة:
  • مهارات رصد قوية مع الانتباه للتفاصيل.
  • مهارات التواصل الفعّالة باللغة العربية؛ يُفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • القدرة على البقاء هادئًا تحت الضغط واتخاذ القرارات السليمة.
  • قدرة بدنية على القيام بدوريات والحفاظ على الأمن في المستودع.
