Alwedad Charity is dedicated to the care of orphans. We are seeking a Partner Relations Manager to join our team in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Partner Relations Manager will be responsible for managing daily relationships with partners, ensuring the effective implementation of agreements, and coordinating joint initiatives. This role involves maintaining partner satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement within partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships with partners and monitor their needs.
• Oversee the implementation of agreements and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Monitor joint initiatives and projects, preparing periodic reports.
• Document and update partner data and communication records.
• Track partner satisfaction and address feedback and challenges.
• Organize meetings and events, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Monitor operational performance indicators and propose improvement and development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• 3+ years of experience in relationship management, partner services, or institutional coordination.
• Previous experience in partnerships within the non-profit sector.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and professional relationship-building skills.
• Ability to follow up, coordinate, and manage priorities effectively.
