Jalasat factory for furniture, a furniture manufacturing company based in Khamis Mushayt, is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator & Supervisor. This full-time position is integral to our production team, focusing on the precise operation and supervision of key machinery within our factory environment.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for both the hands-on operation of CNC routers, drilling machines, and edge-banding machines, and for overseeing production workflows. The primary objective is to ensure precision, maintain quality standards, and achieve timely output in furniture component manufacturing. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar manufacturing setting is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage CNC Router machines to execute complex furniture designs with high precision.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM design files to ensure accurate machine programming and material cutting.
• Execute precise routing and panel processing on various materials, including MDF and Plywood.
• Perform accurate drilling operations for hinges, cams, and joinery according to assembly drawings.
• Operate the edge-banding machine to achieve high-quality, seamless finishes on furniture components.
• Oversee other machine operators, ensure the production schedule is maintained, and troubleshoot operational issues on the shop floor.
• Conduct routine inspections of finished components to ensure they meet factory quality standards and minimize material waste.
• Perform daily checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Compensation and Location

This full-time position is located at our furniture manufacturing factory in Khamis Mushayt. The salary offered for this role ranges from $1,000 to $1,500 per month.
