Join Nahdi as a Clinic IT Support Specialist!

As a key player in our healthcare IT team, you will provide immediate and effective technical assistance to clinicians, minimizing disruptions to patient care. Your responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring the optimal functioning of clinical information systems.
  • Assisting users in navigating clinical systems effectively.
  • Identifying and resolving system issues to maintain operational flow.
  • Setting up and troubleshooting patient monitoring systems.
  • Tracking and reporting patient data to ensure accuracy for decision-making.
  • Collaborating with departments to enhance system integration.
  • Documenting technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Work Environment:
Indoor 1005 working days per week, from 800 AM to 600 PM with an hour break.

Job Requirements:
  • BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 03 years of experience in a healthcare IT environment.
  • Proficiency in retail systems and knowledge of EHR/EMR systems.
  • Familiarity with patient management software and networking concepts.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
  • Previous experience in FMCG or a fast-paced industry environment is advantageous.

Skills and Attributes:
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software; SAP experience preferred.
  • Training in IFRS or GAAP standards.
  • Familiarity with internal controls and audit processes.
