Introduction to the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time position is central to overseeing critical aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety within our manufacturing operations. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in implementing daily production plans and managing operational activities on the production line.

Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of production activities, ensuring strict adherence to established standards and procedures. This role requires close coordination with the Production Engineer and other supporting sections to maintain smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization. You will be instrumental in upholding the company's commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all safety, quality, productivity, and 5S related tasks and issues, in coordination with the Production Engineer.
• Implement the daily production plan effectively.
• Manage work deployment, including man, machine, and material handling.
• Monitor and control activities related to the production line and section.
• Communicate line or sectional issues to the Production Engineer for necessary action.
• Proactively control Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) arrangements in coordination with the stores section.
• Ensure accurate receipt and consumption of RM and PM as per the Bill of Materials (BOM)/Recipe.
• Create production-related reports and maintain comprehensive records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered on the production line.
• Ensure safe start-up and shutdown activities on the line.
• Manage Shift Handover/Takeover (SHOTO) for shift-related activities.
• Perform basic MRP or ERP production (sectional) related transactions.
• Facilitate internal communication with supporting sections to address and resolve operational issues.
• Adhere strictly to the Company’s QHSE policy, standards, and approved operating procedures.
• Execute all functional activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with the SAP ERP production execution module.

This full-time position is based at Jazeera Paints' facilities in Khamis Mushayt. The role operates within a dynamic production environment, requiring active engagement with production lines and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
