Jazeera Paints is seeking a Sr. ERP Specialist to join their team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time role focuses on supporting and enhancing the company's ERP finance modules.

Role Overview

The Sr. ERP Specialist is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP finance modules. This includes ensuring accurate financial processing, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting internal and external audit requirements. The role also involves aligning ERP functionalities with the organization's accounting and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for ERP finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Resolve complex incidents and ensure timely issue resolution with minimal business disruption.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and ZATCA requirements, including e-invoicing and VAT return processes.
• Manage finance period closing activities within ERP, such as month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accurate configuration and execution of financial transactions within the ERP system.
• Manage system enhancements, change requests, and configuration updates related to finance modules.
• Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).

System Integration and Data Integrity

A core aspect of this role involves ensuring seamless integration and robust data integrity across the ERP system. This includes managing the connections between finance modules and other ERP functions, as well as maintaining the accuracy and consistency of financial data.

• Ensure proper integration between finance modules and other ERP functions.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.
• Ensure integration with the MM module, including invoice verification processes.
• Ensure integration with the SD module, including billing and revenue posting processes.

Compliance and Collaboration

The specialist will uphold financial compliance standards and collaborate closely with finance teams to optimize system functionality and provide essential user support.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and audit requirements.
• Support financial reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with finance teams to gather requirements and improve system functionality.
• Provide user support and training where required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt, where the Sr. ERP Specialist will contribute to the financial operations of Jazeera Paints.
