About the Role
As an Assistant Manager in Packaging Engineering, you will take on a critical role in crafting and executing innovative packaging solutions that prioritize product safety, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability. Your Responsibilities:

• Support design, validation, and implementation of packaging systems for global automotive projects.
• Lead packaging initiatives across engineering, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Drive standardization and improvement of packaging processes and materials.
• Oversee packaging specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize software such as PackAssistant for optimizing packaging density.
• Benchmark industry standards and integrate innovative packaging technologies.
• Manage packaging budgets and timelines while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in packaging design and implementation.
• 2–3 years in automotive logistics or supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in PackAssistant or similar software.
• Understanding of packaging materials and testing standards.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on BIW mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize production interruptions.
• Develop maintenance schedules in line with OEM standards.
• Ensure jigs and fixtures maintain reliable dimensional performance.
• Coordinate with engineers to establish calibration plans for equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Support installation of new equipment in the BIW line.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train maintenance technicians on best practices.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends.
• Generate reports on incidents and corrective measures.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in the automotive industry.
• Hands-on experience with BIW equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and TPM principles is a plus.
• Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong mechanical systems knowledge.

As the Sr. Maintenance Mechanical Engineer, you will ensure optimal operation, reliability, and efficiency of mechanical systems in our Automotive Paint Shop. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Planning and executing preventive maintenance for mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing mechanical malfunctions and implementing corrective actions.
• Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Assisting in the installation and testing of new systems.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate maintenance records and preparing reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying process improvements to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with various teams for optimal operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of maintenance engineering experience, ideally in an automotive paint shop.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Familiarity with TPM, CMMS tools, and lean maintenance practices.
• Hands-on experience with robotic systems is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
