Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Manager in leading outbound transportation for all CBU activities (Import/Export/Domestic).
  • Assist in developing transportation strategies to optimize costs and service levels.
  • Coordinate with carrier partners, 3PLs, and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor transportation KPIs and support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in freight audit, payment processes, and cost control activities.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation and trade regulations.
  • Promote sustainability through efficient routing and load consolidation.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role within logistics.
  • Strong acumen for freight cost management and budget control.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with outbound TMS platforms.
