TSS Advertising is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join its team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with operational responsibilities across Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for supporting the profitable operation of the entire Business Unit, ensuring business goals are met in alignment with the overall organizational strategy. This role involves assisting in leading teams, overseeing daily branch operations, and driving sales management to maintain the financial health and competitiveness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and implementation of policies and tactics to ensure the Business Unit operates profitably and meets its business goals, in line with top management's organizational strategy.
• Assist in leading Managers and Supervisors to achieve business and professional objectives.
• Maintain and oversee all daily branch operations to achieve desired results and contribute to process improvements.
• Engage effectively in sales management activities.
• Support the planning and management of production, delivery, procurement, storage, and transportation processes, optimizing resource utilization through cost control measures.
• Conduct market research on changing needs and trends to ensure the organization adapts and remains competitive.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of extensive industry experience with a strong understanding of marketing, sales, and internal operational strategies.
• Excellent grasp of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Management, and financial metrics.
• Familiarity with diverse concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to branch operations.
• Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and strategy development.
• Ability to monitor market changes and adapt organizational strategies effectively.
• Capability to maximize regional business potential and develop competitive business plans.
• Strong leadership skills to guide, train, and mentor teams, set goals, analyze data, and foster team development.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning operations in Jeddah and Makkah.
