Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • 3+ years of direct leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical drives.

  • Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong mechanical systems knowledge.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
