As a Maintenance Supervisor at Hilton, you will take on a vital role in ensuring our hotel operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for our guests and members. You will be responsible for managing all maintenance issues within the hotel, from performing daily checks and repairing equipment to coordinating renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all maintenance issues within the hotel.
  • Conduct daily maintenance checks and repair mechanical equipment.
  • Develop and manage emergency programs.
  • Oversee renovation projects including contractor management.
  • Ensure all hotel fixtures are in safe condition.
  • Implement energy conservation programs.

What We Look For:
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
  • A positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Commitment to high customer service standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Previous management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
