As a Maintenance Engineer for Mechanical Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles' optimal performance through efficient maintenance of mechanical systems within our Body in White (BIW) production lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on BIW mechanical equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Diagnose and address mechanical issues swiftly to prevent production delays.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules aligned with OEM standards.
  • Maintain jigs and fixtures to ensure consistent and accurate performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance for maintenance technicians on mechanical best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the automotive industry focused on BIW.
  • Strong hands-on experience with BIW equipment and systems.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and CMMS.
