About the Accountant Role
شركة البلد روافد الفندقية is seeking a qualified Accountant to join its team in Medina. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in accounting functions. The role involves managing financial documentation, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
Core Responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for a range of essential financial tasks. This includes the preparation and organization of all disbursement documents, ensuring they meet required standards. A key aspect of the role is diligently following up on revenue collection and maintaining accurate documentation for all incoming funds. The position also requires the analysis of financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
Financial Operations and Recording
This role is central to maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records. Responsibilities include preparing and posting accounting entries, accurately recording all financial transactions as they occur. A critical duty involves auditing bank accounts and preparing necessary reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Furthermore, the Accountant will be tasked with preparing and archiving reports and documents pertaining to both expenses and revenues.
Financial Auditing and Compliance
A significant part of the Accountant's duties involves ensuring the validity and completeness of financial claims. This includes auditing financial claims to confirm their legal and financial integrity. The role also entails following up on the auditing and approval processes for disbursements by accredited regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial status reports and monthly summaries.
