The Opportunity: Sales Consultant

Makan360 Real Estate Company is seeking a Sales Consultant to join its Real Estate team. This full-time role is for a self-driven, client-focused, and highly motivated sales professional who is a Saudi national. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build relationships with clients to support sales growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients and investors.
  • Promote company real estate projects, services, and offerings professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Follow up with leads and support the sales process from inquiry to closing.
  • Provide accurate information regarding projects, pricing, availability, and payment plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling and documentation.
  • Maintain daily sales activity reports and update lead status regularly.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and sales activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English are mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance and a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Must be a Saudi national.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

  • Previous experience within the Saudi real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales procedures, lead management, and client follow-up.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both local and international clients.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Candidates based in Riyadh, Makkah, or Jeddah are also encouraged to apply, with work arrangements being on-site or hybrid.
