About the Role

Nestlé Waters KSA is seeking a Storekeeper to manage all warehouse activities in Medina. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations related to shipping, receiving, stock monitoring, quality control, and accurate documentation of warehouse transactions. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with material handling processes through verification of documents and conditions of newly received materials in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate daily receiving of materials with stakeholders, utilizing a database to track raw materials in the warehouse and ERP system against receiving orders.
  • Ensure all raw materials are accurately recorded in the ERP system, tagged with barcodes for scanning, and properly arranged within the warehouse.
  • Manage the issuance of raw materials to the production department using inventory management system techniques (*, FIFO, LIFO, PAR LEVELS, Average cost) as per issuance orders in the ERP system.
  • Regularly inspect the warehouse, raw materials, and equipment to ensure sufficient storage space and adherence to Nestlé's standard conditions.
  • Conduct monthly quantity checks of raw materials using inventory control management to assess stock balance status in the warehouse and compare it with the ERP system balance.
  • Adhere to Nestlé SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) rules and procedures at all times during working hours to ensure personal and team safety.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse management role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management system techniques (FIFO, LIFO, PAR LEVELS, Average cost).
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems for tracking and recording materials.
  • Understanding of quality control and safety standards in a warehouse environment.
