Role Overview and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining essential information within our systems with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. You will play a key part in ensuring our data remains reliable and well-structured. This position involves both individual contributor tasks and light coordination activities, requiring a balance between focused data processing and supporting team efforts.
- Coordinate information collection from various stakeholders.
- Prioritize data processing based on urgency and business needs.
- Monitor data quality metrics and report trends.
- Assist in training new team members on data entry standards.
- Contribute to the documentation of best practices and procedures.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Liaise between the data entry team and requesting departments.
