About the Role

شركة استقرار الجودة (QSCO) is seeking a Digital Marketing and Content Creation Specialist to join their team in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time role is for an individual with 0-1 years of experience who possesses creative insight and the ability to transform the company's services and field visits into professional content that attracts clients and enhances brand presence.

Job Purpose

The specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, documenting field visits, producing visual content, managing advertising campaigns, and analyzing results. The primary objective is to increase awareness of the company's services and attract new clients from the restaurant, cafe, and food establishment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement the monthly marketing plan in line with company objectives.
• Generate marketing and advertising ideas suitable for QSCO's services and target audience.
• Write marketing and advertising content for social media platforms and the company website.
• Document field visits, services, and company events through photography and videography.
• Produce and edit short video clips and advertisements professionally.
• Design posts, offers, and advertising materials in accordance with the company's visual identity.
• Manage company accounts, schedule content, and monitor interactions and messages.
• Set up and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms and search engines.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, content, and budget for best results.
• Analyze performance indicators such as reach, engagement, clicks, leads, and conversion rates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing the results of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support client acquisition and convert trial requests into sales opportunities.
• Study competitors and market trends, and propose new ideas and campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity and communication style across all channels.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A qualification in Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field.
• Practical experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Proficiency in video editing and designing advertising content.
• Excellent content writing skills in Arabic.
• Knowledge of managing digital advertising campaigns and analyzing their results.
• Proficiency in using relevant design and editing software.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat platforms.
• Ability to conduct fieldwork and document quality team visits within establishments.
• Creativity, initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.
