About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position is central to ensuring the timely and accurate processing of billing and payment collections. The role contributes to maintaining positive financial operations while supporting the delivery of memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable professional will be responsible for a range of financial duties, including:

  • Processing invoices and commissions, ensuring accurate generation and timely payment or deduction of travel agent commissions.
  • Maintaining account accuracy by promptly posting charges and credits, and reconciling subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger.
  • Monitoring and collecting outstanding balances to support positive cash flow and reduce overdue accounts.
  • Investigating and resolving billing issues and account discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Preparing and issuing timely account statements, with a target for daily delivery.
  • Auditing previous day’s transactions for accuracy, proper documentation, and contractual compliance.
  • Managing credit metrics, including the calculation of monthly Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and assisting with credit management reporting to support timely collections and financial accuracy.
