About the Role

Cipher7 Business Consulting & Digital Solutions is seeking an experienced Airline Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Makkah, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on technical supply chain management within the aviation sector, ensuring the availability of aircraft materials and optimizing procurement activities. The specialist will contribute to strengthening supplier performance and supporting world-class maintenance operations.

Department Focus

The department's primary focus areas include strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract management. This role is integral to managing maintenance services procurement, commercial negotiations, and warranty and claims processes. Additionally, the department emphasizes cost control, budget management, and continuous supplier performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of aircraft materials.
• Optimize procurement activities within the technical supply chain.
• Strengthen supplier performance through effective management.
• Support world-class maintenance operations.
• Manage strategic sourcing and vendor relationships.
• Oversee contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Administer warranty and claims processes.
• Implement cost control measures and manage budgets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in aviation technical services, airline operations, MRO environments, or aerospace organizations is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in service procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
• Experience in vendor management, warranty administration, and claims management.
• Proficiency in commercial negotiations, budget management, or supplier performance management.
• An engineering degree is highly preferred.

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with work opportunities available in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment focused on optimizing technical supply chain management for aircraft materials.
