About the Role

Driscoll's EMEA is seeking a QA&FS Analyst to join our team in Al Qa, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the reliability and integrity of quality and food safety data across various operational stages, from origin to destination. The analyst will play a key part in processing inspection data, identifying trends, and supporting data digitalization initiatives.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to receive and process data derived from both origin and destination inspections. This involves constructing trend graphs, evaluating results, and ensuring the technical reliability of all related data. The role is crucial for maintaining high standards of Quality and Food Safety through accurate data management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process data from inspections and producer visits (per the Quality & Food Safety program) in defined zones such as Peru (Chao, Olmos, Ica) and developing business units like Colombia, constructing trend graphs and evaluating results.
• Ensure the reliability of data related to corresponding technical support.
• Drive the digitalization of information from both origin and destination, ensuring data reliability and timely delivery.
• Process data from Quality inspections at destination (USA, EU, UK, Asia), building trend graphs and evaluating outcomes.
• Propose Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for data analysis, delivery, and digitalization, and suggest improvements to existing KPIs.
• Administer and manage applicable Quality and Food Safety specifications, from destination platforms through to delivery and socialization with producers.
• Promote standardization in digitalization processes and reporting across various Business Units.
• Maintain up-to-date, punctual, and reliable information reports, addressing requests from other areas for informed decision-making.
• Handle and ensure traceability-related information to support complaints, claims, or Quality and Food Safety results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Agribusiness.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in data analysis, digitalization, and process improvement.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food processing or agro-industrial sectors.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Intermediate knowledge of agro-industrial processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of Quality and Food Safety principles.
• Intermediate English proficiency is essential.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
• Ability to interpret industrial safety standards.

Additional Requirements

• Possession of an A1 driving license.
