About the Internship

Amazon is seeking an Operations Intern to join its University Talent Acquisition Team. This internship is designed to provide students with an educational opportunity to understand leadership and team development within Amazon Operations. The role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and focuses on the core businesses of Amazon Operations.

Role Overview

As an Operations and Logistics Intern, you will gain insight into how managers engage teams to achieve their full potential, meet customer expectations, and maintain a safe and productive environment within Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations. The internship places you directly within the operational flow, contributing to the journey of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Applying analytical skills to improve the functionality and service level of operational centers.
• Diving deep into data, mapping processes, and identifying problems.
• Proposing and testing potential solutions, then implementing the most effective ones.
• Interacting with managers, technology development teams, and front-line associates.
• Developing solutions for complex business and operational challenges within a rapidly growing operations network.

Internship Experience

Interns will be matched with a mentor and will work on an impactful project. This role offers opportunities to engage with Amazon employees for professional development, expand networks, and participate in activities with other interns. Interns are provided with the tools to manage their projects and learn in a real-world operational setting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience required.
• Available to commence an internship from Q1 2027 onwards.
• Available for 3 to 6 months, full-time (40 hours/week) in Jeddah.
• This is a field-based role.
