About the Internship

Amazon is seeking an Operations Intern to join its University Talent Acquisition Team in Riyadh. This internship is designed for ambitious students with 0-1 years of experience who are interested in Amazon Operations, one of the company's core businesses. The role is a full-time internship lasting 3 to 6 months.

Role Overview

This internship provides an educational opportunity for future managers to understand how Amazon leads and develops its teams of Associates. As an Operations and Logistics Intern, individuals will learn effective team engagement strategies, performance management to meet customer expectations, and methods for fostering a safe and productive environment within Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations. The intern will be directly involved in the customer order journey within Amazon's operations network.

Key Responsibilities

• Applying analytical skills to improve the functionality and service level of Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations.
• Conducting deep dives into data, mapping processes, and identifying problems.
• Proposing and testing potential solutions, then implementing the most effective ones.
• Collaborating with managers, technology development teams, and front-line associates to address complex business and operational challenges within Amazon's growing operations network.

Internship Experience

Interns will be matched with a mentor and will work on an impactful project. The program offers opportunities to engage with Amazon employees for personal and professional development, expand professional networks, and participate in activities with other interns. Interns will be provided with the necessary tools to manage their projects and gain real-world experience.
