Asst. Marketing Manager

About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, * is seeking an Asst. Marketing Manager to join their team in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on promoting on-brand messaging through various channels to drive revenue and support hotel objectives. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overarching marketing strategies and budgets for the hotel(s) in alignment with business priorities, in consultation with the General Manager(s).
• Build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to enhance consumer awareness, preference, and market share.
• Showcase Food and Beverage promotions to both hotel guests and local patrons.
• Liaise with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure integration of local, social, and digital marketing efforts with organizational selling strategies.
• Manage all internal and external communication and digital presence, including the property website, third-party channels, and social media, while maintaining brand integrity.
• Identify and activate incremental marketing opportunities through partnerships, third-party sites, and CVBs.
• Monitor and provide recommendations for SEO updates in collaboration with relevant agencies.
• Manage ******* content, OTA content, and Third-Party/Group Site content.
• Oversee photography distribution, including search photos, pre-arrival photos, and photo gallery management.
• Manage guest communications, such as confirmation and pre-arrival messages.
• Identify and cultivate internal and external partnerships, including Marriott Digital Services (MDS).
• Manage PR agency relationships or internal PR messaging and execute PR events and promotions.
• Define in-house F&B programming in partnership with the F&B Director and manage its execution.
• Develop and implement social media strategy, including managing paid social media budgets.
• Lead asset development, including hotel collateral and photoshoots.
• Measure and communicate the success of campaigns and digital performance using relevant reporting tools.
• Collect, review, and submit invoices for property marketing efforts.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing digital presence across various platforms, including property websites, third-party channels, and social media.
• Proficiency in content management systems for *****, OTAs, and other third-party sites.
• Experience in managing partnerships and public relations efforts.
