Rotana Hotels is seeking a Bell Attendant to join its Front Office team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing professional, customer-focused service to guests, ensuring their stay is a memorable experience.

Role Purpose and Context

The Bell Attendant is responsible for delivering professional and customer-focused service to hotel guests. This position requires a guest-centric approach, ensuring smooth service delivery and providing effective solutions to guest needs throughout their stay, from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, aiming to meet guest expectations from arrival through to departure.
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel facilities and local services to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain awareness of guest profiles through the Opera guest profile system.
• Ensure that guest luggage is carried from the arrival point to the room and from the room to the departure point upon check-out.
• Handle all messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner.
• Deliver morning newspapers to rooms.
• Deliver guest messages and other items immediately without delay in a professional manner.
• Ensure the concierge desk and storeroom are kept clean, tidy, and well organized.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Front Office role, with a focus on guest service.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Proven capability to provide solutions to guest needs.
