Building & Infrastructure Sales Lead

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Building & Infrastructure Sales Lead to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on driving business growth within the construction and infrastructure industry in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-qualification and registrations with new clients.
• Conduct client visits to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
• Achieve established sales objectives.
• Report weekly activities to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports on Sales Force.
• Identify current and future customer service requirements through direct engagement with potential and existing customers.
• Prepare proposals and provide support in proposal development.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction and infrastructure industry.
• Strong network within the construction and infrastructure industry in the Central Region, Saudi Arabia.
• Awareness of the Central Region market and key clients.
• Demonstrated communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Commercial knowledge, including project costing and margins.
• Proficiency in proposal preparation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
