The Laboratory Manager Role

Almarai is seeking a Laboratory Manager to oversee the Quality Control team. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the efficient management of laboratory operations, the adoption of the latest techniques in the field, and the continuous application of improvement principles within the quality control framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage the Quality Control team.
• Ensure the introduction and adoption of the latest laboratory techniques and methodologies.
• Engage and implement principles of continual improvement across all laboratory processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
• 8-10 years of experience within the seafood processing plant industry or a comparable environment.
• A proven track record of delivering results against established objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects that require cross-functional collaboration.

Work Location
