Cloud Administrator

About the Role

Al-Khaleej Computers & Electronic Systems is seeking a Cloud Administrator to join their team in Makkah. This is a full-time position focused on managing and maintaining cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer cloud environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual machines, storage, and various cloud services.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement and manage cloud security controls such as IAM, encryption, and firewalls.
• Handle backup procedures, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and conduct routine maintenance activities.
• Manage cloud networking components, including VPC, VPN, and Load Balancers.
• Utilize monitoring and logging tools to ensure overall system health and proactive issue detection.
• Support DevOps practices and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize cloud costs and resource usage to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in cloud administration.
• Proven experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cloud infrastructures.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Makkah and involves working within a dedicated team focused on maintaining robust cloud operations for Al-Khaleej Computers & Electronic Systems.
