Collections Representative B B (Saudi Only)

About the Role

Hertz Rent a Car is seeking a Collections Representative – B2B to join its team. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals and requires 2-5 years of experience in debt collection. The role focuses on managing overdue payments and outstanding debts from corporate clients to support the company's financial objectives in Makkah, Jeddah, and Riyadh.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely collection of receivables from corporate clients. This involves recovering unpaid amounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring compliance with agreed payment schedules. The role is critical in maintaining financial stability and achieving collection targets for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on and collect overdue payments and outstanding debts from corporate clients.
• Communicate with clients and corporate representatives to negotiate payment arrangements and reach settlement agreements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure compliance with agreed payment schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and collection-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments, and outstanding balances.
• Prepare periodic collection reports and escalate long-overdue accounts to management.
• Maintain professional relationships with corporate clients while achieving collection targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi national only.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection, preferably in B2B collections.

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle overdue accounts and challenging situations professionally and effectively.
• Excellent follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients.

Work Location

This position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering clients in Jeddah and Riyadh.
