The Role of Coworking Space Manager

The Coworking Space Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a coworking space, ensuring a functional and welcoming environment for all users. The manager will handle membership administration, coordinate bookings, and maintain the overall organization of the space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of coworking space memberships and bookings.
• Ensure the space remains well-organized, functional, and welcoming for users.
• Handle inquiries from current and prospective members.
• Support the coordination of events and community activities within the space.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure facility upkeep and adequate supplies.
• Monitor space occupancy and usage patterns.
• Implement and enforce space policies.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve services and optimize space utilization.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in managing coworking spaces or similar hospitality/service environments.

Work Environment and Location
