The Role

The Creative Video Content Creator will be responsible for transforming concepts into engaging, shareable, and high-performing video content. This full-time role involves developing original video concepts and producing short-form videos for various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original video concepts that align with Flowery's brand identity.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat.
• Create engaging storytelling content designed to connect with audiences.
• Capture products, gifting experiences, behind-the-scenes moments, and authentic customer reactions.
• Identify emerging social media trends and adapt them for the brand.
• Produce UGC-style content and performance-driven video advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and creative strategies.
• Analyze content performance to continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in creating engaging short-form video content.
• Strong skills in filming, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends.
• Ability to create compelling hooks that capture attention quickly.
• Strong creative direction, lighting, composition, and video production skills.
• Ability to develop scripts and translate ideas into impactful videos.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and content quality.
