Life Lover, لايف لافر, is seeking a Diffuser Sales Supervisor to join its sales team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, covering sales activities across Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Diffuser Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading the development of diffuser sales, customer acquisition, and market expansion. This role involves supervising sales activities, developing customer accounts, supporting the sales team, and driving the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage sales activities for Diffuser and Home Fragrance products.
• Lead, support, and monitor the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Identify and open new business accounts across relevant market segments.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers.
• Target perfume stores, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, gift & décor stores, hotels, and corporate clients.
• Develop and expand sales and distribution channels.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, customer activities, and expected closures.
• Support the team in customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Ensure effective follow-up with existing customers and identify opportunities to increase sales volume.
• Drive market penetration and contribute to the overall growth of diffuser sales.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales supervision role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage sales teams, develop customer accounts, and achieve sales targets within the diffuser and home fragrance market.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working as part of a dedicated sales team focused on market expansion and customer acquisition.
