About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Digital Enterprise Architecture Section Head to join their team in Makkah, with locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves leading the definition and oversight of enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and standards to align IT capabilities with business transformation priorities. The successful candidate will ensure that solution designs, technology adoption, and IT investments are integrated, scalable, and sustainable, directly supporting transformation initiatives in delivering enterprise-wide digital objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps to align IT capabilities with business strategy, ensuring support for innovation, scalability, and long-term sustainability of digital transformation.
• Establish and promote architecture standards, patterns, and reference models across technology, applications, integration, infrastructure, and data domains, ensuring alignment of projects and solutions with enterprise architecture principles.
• Provide guidance and direction to project teams during solution design, ensuring coherence with enterprise-wide roadmaps and standards, and review/approve solution architectures for integration, security, and operational resilience.
• Ensure technology roadmaps reflect business priorities, translate business strategies into IT capabilities, and identify opportunities for digital enablement and innovation.
• Report regularly to the Digital Transformation Manager on architecture roadmap, alignment, and risks, and build and lead the enterprise architecture team.
• Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of subordinates, providing clear direction and monitoring workflow.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to define and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and standards.
• Experience in overseeing solution designs and technology adoption to ensure integration, scalability, and sustainability.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps.
• Proficiency in establishing and promoting architecture standards across various technology domains.
• Ability to provide guidance on solution design and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide standards.
