About the Driver Role

National Medical Care Company (Care) is seeking a dedicated Driver to provide essential transport services for employees at Care Medical Al Rawabi Hospital in Makkah. This full-time role involves ensuring the safe and timely transportation of staff to various destinations, as directed by the Transportation Supervisor. The primary objective is to facilitate smooth operations by managing all assigned transport tasks efficiently within the hospital's operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide transport services to all employees of Care Medical Al Rawabi Hospital, ensuring safe and timely arrivals at their destinations.
• Ensure, through direct or indirect actions, that a superior quality of care, compassion, and understanding is provided to every customer/patient served at CMC Hospitals and Clinics.
• Coordinate with requesting departments and sections for the delivery of specimens, mails, packages, and other related documents to specified addresses.
• Collaborate with the security supervisor to transport female employees to designated shopping areas according to established schedules.
• Determine the needs for transport services for hospital staff and approve transport requests after careful evaluation.
• Transport female staff traveling for vacation and male and female staff departing on exit visas to King Khalid International Airport, as per approved transport requests.
• Provide transportation for female employees to Saudi American and Riyadh Bank with an approved request.
• Transport medical and nursing staff to examination sites during their Ministry of Health (MOH) licensure examinations.

Educational Qualifications

• Secondary Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Driving License Certificate.
• Completion of a recognized Training Course in Driving.

Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of professional driving experience. Prior experience within a hospital setting is preferred.

Language and Communication Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic languages is required for this role.
