The Role of eCube Specialist

TRIGO is seeking an eCube Specialist to join its team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves leading and coordinating eCube-related dimensional and metrology workstreams, ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder alignment. The specialist will be responsible for establishing governance, managing reporting, and integrating eCube outputs into problem-solving processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the eCube-related dimensional/metrology workstream, including operating model, priorities, escalation, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Establish measurement and analysis governance, reporting cadence, issue tracking, and handover of eCube activities.
• Coordinate system readiness, user support, data quality, dimensional analysis, and integration of eCube outputs into problem-solving.
• Act as the supplier focal point for eCube specialists, ensuring coverage, adherence to standards, and quality of deliverables.
• Execute eCube-related measurement and data analysis activities according to approved work instructions and priorities.
• Prepare analyses, reports, comparisons, and evidence required for dimensional investigations and build reviews.
• Support issue triage, data validation, user support, and escalation to the eCube Lead.
• Maintain traceable records and support training and knowledge transfer initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A BAC+5 level education is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is essential.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates within a global quality management framework, supporting demanding industrial sectors.
