About the Role

Trigo is seeking an eCube Specialist Automotive to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time role focuses on leading and supporting eCube-related dimensional analysis, measurement data management, reporting, issue tracking, and stakeholder coordination within the automotive dimensional and metrology sector.

Role Context and Purpose

The eCube Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire eCube workstream, ensuring data quality, accurate analysis, and effective integration of outputs into problem-solving activities. The role requires strong experience in dimensional and metrology environments, data analysis, technical reporting, and automotive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the eCube-related dimensional/metrology workstream, including priorities, operating model, escalation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Establish and maintain governance for measurement and analysis, reporting cadence, issue tracking, and handover processes for eCube activities.
• Coordinate system readiness, user support, data quality, dimensional analysis, and integration of eCube outputs into problem-solving.
• Act as the primary supplier focal point for eCube activities, ensuring adequate coverage, adherence to standards, and quality of deliverables.
• Execute eCube-related measurement and data analysis activities according to approved work instructions and priorities.
• Prepare dimensional analyses, reports, comparisons, and supporting evidence for dimensional investigations and build reviews.
• Support issue triage, data validation, and technical investigation activities.
• Escalate technical or system-related issues to the eCube Lead as required.
• Ensure eCube data and dimensional results are accurate, complete, and traceable.
• Maintain clear and traceable records of analyses, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Support users in the interpretation and application of eCube outputs.
• Support training activities and knowledge transfer for eCube processes and tools.
• Coordinate with Dimensional, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Track open issues and action plans through to closure.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in dimensional engineering, metrology, dimensional data analysis, or automotive manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with eCube is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of dimensional measurement data and variation analysis.
• Experience in dimensional investigations, technical reporting, and issue resolution.
• Ability to interpret and validate measurement data and dimensional results.
• Experience in issue tracking, data validation, and problem-solving support.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple technical stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage priorities, escalations, and action follow-up.
• Experience in BIW, Closures, Stamping, Vehicle Dimensional, or automotive launch environments is highly valued.
• Ability to work according to defined work instructions and maintain full traceability of activities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in either Jeddah or Makkah, focusing on automotive dimensional and metrology activities within a dynamic team environment.
