About the Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced ERP Product Manager specializing in Supply Chain to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading significant product initiatives across enterprise software suites, with a particular focus on defining and executing the long-term product roadmap for core modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major product initiatives across Idaratech's enterprise suite and define the long-term product roadmap.
• Own the product direction for core enterprise modules, including HR, ERP (CRM, Project Management, Supply Chain Management), and Accounting/Finance, from discovery through delivery.
• Drive discovery workshops with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and client-facing teams) to translate business and client needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to understand complex operational workflows and convert them into practical, scalable product solutions.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and support their career growth within the team.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to balance customer needs with overarching business goals.
• Own key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact across assigned modules.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with HR systems and ERP platforms, specifically with CRM, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial systems, including general ledger, invoicing, and payroll integration, and their connectivity to broader ERP workflows.
• Prior experience working in a software house or software development company, demonstrating comfort operating in a delivery-driven environment with multiple concurrent products and client commitments.

Technical and Leadership Skills

• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical background coupled with advanced tools knowledge, including SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into actionable execution plans.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
