Role Overview

My Clinic is seeking a Finance Planning and Analysis Senior Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, commercially focused finance leadership role reporting to the Director of Finance. The Senior Manager will act as a business partner to the Leadership Team, translating financial insights into commercial decisions to enhance revenue, protect margins, and improve performance across all My Clinic locations. The role integrates commercial finance, business partnering, and planning cycle support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pricing for new products, services, and care programs in collaboration with Business Development and Commercial teams to secure business and protect margins.
• Develop pricing models, business plans, and commercial proposals for various clinic types, including corporate and community clinics.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle Management, Insurance, and Commercial teams on pricing new and renewing insurance contracts, including rate negotiations and contract profitability analysis.
• Maintain pricing benchmarks for insurers and competitors, and recommend appropriate pricing actions.
• Structure and evaluate commercial deals, including partnerships, value-in-kind arrangements, and doctor compensation models.
• Support Sales and Business Development in client meetings to articulate the financial value proposition of My Clinic services.
• Track contract performance post-signing and identify deviations from approved cases.
• Serve as the finance business partner to site, clinical, and functional leaders, conducting regular performance reviews and agreeing on actions.
• Translate financial results into clear, practical insights for non-finance colleagues.
• Challenge and support decisions related to capacity, staffing, service mix, and cost, considering their commercial impact.
• Establish and monitor strategic and operational KPIs with business leaders, addressing performance deviations.
• Provide analytical support for marketing, growth, and service-line decisions.
• Develop bottom-up business cases and financial models for new locations, service lines, and expansion projects.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis as directed by senior finance and management teams.
• Prepare analysis and narrative for Board papers and investment decisions.
• Lead post-investment reviews to assess delivery against approved cases.
• Support the three-year planning cycle for all My Clinic locations.
• Assist in the delivery of the annual operating plan, including issuing templates, reviewing plans with cost center managers, consolidating data, and iterating with the Director of Finance and CFO for Board sign-off.
• Maintain a rolling best estimate forecast (BEF) updated with actuals and lead quarterly reforecasts.
• Provide financial and operational analysis to drive decision-making.
• Produce competitor analysis and benchmarking of key financial metrics.
• Lead Management Information (MI) requirements and support the development of the data warehouse.
• Develop and review the work of the FP&A and Business Analysis team.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Director of Finance or CFO.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance planning and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial finance, business partnering, and financial planning cycles.
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple sites and departments, engaging with leadership, directors, and external stakeholders.

This role involves direct commercial influence on current revenue through pricing and contracts, and supports growth through business cases. It carries significant impact on margin and profitability and is a key leadership position within the Finance function.
