About My Clinic KSA and the Role

My Clinic KSA is a leading multispecialty outpatient care provider in Saudi Arabia, established in 2017. We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is integral to maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our continued growth.

Role Overview

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the comprehensive financial reporting function within My Clinic KSA. This role ensures the implementation of effective financial controls across the business, prepares the organization for internal and external audits, and manages direct interactions with bankers and auditors. The position plays a key part in upholding financial compliance and transparency.

Key Responsibilities: Internal Audit Readiness

  • Ensure compliance with and implement existing and new finance policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate and follow up with finance-linked departments, including HR, Supply Chain, and Operations, to ensure sufficient and appropriate evidence is available for internal audits.
  • Support in identifying control gaps and weaknesses, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring their implementation.
  • Perform regular multisite visits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with the Internal Audit team to provide all required information.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting

  • Manage the monthly filing of VAT and WHT returns in compliance with relevant laws.
  • Review and check record maintenance and archiving of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) vouchers and filings.
  • Perform regular checks on key finance areas such as Capex, AP, and AR.
  • Maintain various schedules and details of financial statement areas for Management Pack and external audit readiness.
  • Develop a comprehensive monthly reporting package covering all financial statement areas.
  • Develop a monthly Balance Sheet pack for Management and Shareholder review.
  • Support in liaison with external parties, including bankers and legal advisors.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with legal requirements, including Zakat, VAT, Transfer Pricing (TP), and Company law.
  • Support company secretarial practices and ensure proper books of accounts are available for auditing purposes.
  • Liaise with external auditors and management for the preparation of statutory accounts and information required for audit completion.
  • Support in organizing quarterly inventory stock counts.
  • Oversee bookkeeping and audit processes for the foreign entity (BMEH2).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5 to 7 years of related experience in financial reporting or audit.
  • Registered with SOCPA and actively studying for a relevant accounting qualification.
  • Demonstrated high level of accuracy with numbers and calculations.
