Fleet Coordinator

About the Role

EMAR Saudi for Energy Works is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for a proactive and organized individual with 0-1 years of experience in logistics, operations, or administration. The role involves managing company vehicles and employee accommodation, ensuring smooth administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor company vehicles, including allocation, maintenance schedules, GPS tracking, fuel consumption, insurance, authorizations, and related record-keeping.
• Oversee employee accommodation, including room allocation, processing maintenance requests, following up on contracts, and maintaining housing records.
• Coordinate effectively with drivers, landlords, workshops, rental companies, and various service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vehicles, accommodation, expenses, contracts, and all operational activities.
• Follow up on vehicle and accommodation-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, administration, fleet management, or a similar role.

Required Skills

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate them effectively into daily work processes.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to conduct field visits when necessary.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams and external service providers, often involving field visits to manage fleet and accommodation logistics.
