Food & Drinks Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food & Drinks Manager to lead the dynamic team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the operations of one or more dining outlets, focusing on delivering memorable guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing guest satisfaction and maximizing profitability within the food and beverage department.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring high quality, service, and marketing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience.
• Oversee the administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations while implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and implement strategic initiatives.
• Experience in developing and implementing guest satisfaction strategies.
• Proficiency in administrative and planning functions, including cost control.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision, coaching, and development.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
