Graduate Electrical Engineer, Data Centres

Haskoning is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join its Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) team. This full-time role involves the design and delivery of mission-critical data centre projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. It provides an opportunity to begin a career within an international consultancy, working alongside experienced engineers on complex and high-impact projects.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will support the electrical design of data centre projects from concept through to delivery. Working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you will gradually take on more responsibility as you develop your technical and professional skills. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the design of electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, earthing, and emergency power.
• Assisting with electrical calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinating electrical designs with mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Supporting technical reviews and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and project requirements.
• Contributing to reliable, safe, and sustainable electrical design solutions for data centres.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of professional experience. A background in Electrical Engineering is expected, with a foundational understanding of electrical systems and design principles relevant to mission-critical facilities.

You will operate within a collaborative and professional environment, working with experienced engineers and project managers, and gaining exposure to international standards, advanced technologies, and multidisciplinary project teams.
