About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Hostess to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position involves delivering hospitality services and ensuring a positive experience for guests. The role focuses on providing food and drink service while maintaining high standards of guest interaction.

Responsibilities

The Hostess is responsible for serving guests efficiently and courteously to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of menu offerings and all products.
  • Following correct reporting procedures for any issues encountered.
  • Adhering to Hilton Grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
  • Assisting callers courteously and promptly, taking legible and accurate messages, and passing them to the appropriate person without delay.
  • Possessing good knowledge of the restaurant's seating arrangements.
  • Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for the Hostess position should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires individuals who embody Hilton's core values, which include:
