Leylaty Group is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's human resources functions.

Role Overview

The HR Supervisor will oversee a wide range of Human Resources operations, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role involves providing essential support to both employees and management, contributing significantly to the maintenance of a professional and productive work environment within Leylaty Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of all HR activities.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, from initial manpower requests through to employee onboarding.
  • Monitor employee contracts, renewals, and related employment procedures in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and overall compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate employee payroll data, benefits administration, and related HR information with relevant departments.
  • Follow up on employee insurance, government-related services, and other employee benefits.
  • Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and monitor HR reports and key workforce-related metrics.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements and HR needs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees, supervisors, and management.
  • Supervise the HR team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance and deliverables.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information and HR records.
  • Support management in HR-related initiatives, projects, and organizational requirements.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the HR Supervisor position should possess 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources. A strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance is essential for this role, along with proven experience in supervising HR functions and teams.

Work Environment
