About the Role

Al Naghi Company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager – Modern Trade to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on managing key retail accounts within the modern trade sector, driving sustainable sales growth, and strengthening customer partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the business, building credible relationships with customers, identifying opportunities, and proactively solving problems to translate commercial plans into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned Modern Trade key accounts.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
• Lead annual negotiations, Business Development Agreements (BDAs), promotional plans, and commercial activities.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, OOS, and customer performance, taking corrective actions when required.
• Develop promotional calendars and joint business plans with customers.
• Identify growth opportunities across assortment, distribution, visibility, and promotional execution.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage customer forecasts, orders, collections, claims, and commercial agreements.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide clear performance updates and action plans.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in account management, specifically within the modern trade sector. Beyond direct account management, the role requires a professional who can demonstrate strong business ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to build credible relationships with customers and translate commercial strategies into tangible results is essential.
