Role Overview

The Kindergarten Academic Coordinator provides leadership, oversight, and support for all academic affairs within the preschool department. This role is central to ensuring the quality and effectiveness of instructional programs and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising, coaching, and evaluating teachers within the preschool department.
• Developing and refining the curriculum, ensuring alignment with the PYP framework.
• Utilizing data to measure the effectiveness of instructional programs and inform improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in academic coordination or a similar role.
