The Role: Kitchen Technician

As a Kitchen Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of all kitchen equipment within the hotel. This role requires adherence to established hotel policies and procedures, working under the direct instruction of the General Mechanical Supervisor. The primary objective is to ensure all equipment operates reliably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced to prevent breakdowns and uphold operational standards.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and complete equipment turnovers promptly and efficiently to meet operational needs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and be available for emergency situations, implementing appropriate actions in line with hotel policy and standards.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, safeguarding the health and safety of guests and colleagues, and contributing to environmental conservation.
• Comply with all hotel environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a similar technical role, preferably within a hospitality or commercial kitchen environment.
