The Role of Line Leader GF

The Line Leader GF plays a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring quality and efficiency. This full-time position is based in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah, and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role involves direct supervision support and adherence to critical operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Control the productivity of operators and Production Assistants and contribute to line productivity control.
• Support the supervisor in maintaining production quality standards.
• Monitor and ensure production yield.
• Assist the supervisor with team organization and achieving scheduling requirements.
• Support the production supervisor in organizing the production plan.
• Act as a substitute for the supervisor during their absence.
• Escalate any process non-conformance, safety, food safety, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Manage material ordering.
• Ensure proper handling of chemical products.

Compliance and Standards

• Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
• Ensure 5S compliance within the workplace.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedures related to the scope of the job.
• Adhere to BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure compliance with the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote adherence to indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to support supervisory functions and operational tasks.
• Understanding of production processes and quality control.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates within a dynamic production environment, requiring adherence to strict safety and quality protocols.
