About the Role

Albaik Food Systems Co. is seeking a Material Management Lead (Microsoft Dynamics) to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading the business use and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the Supply Chain Department, ensuring effective integration with financial operations.

Role Overview

The Material Management Lead will be responsible for driving the implementation, business support, and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 specifically for Supply Chain functions. This position requires collaboration with various departments and external partners to translate business needs into effective system solutions, thereby improving key supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, business support, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Supply Chain department.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and implementation partners to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Improve processes related to procurement, supplier management, inventory, and overall material management.
• Ensure system governance, data accuracy, and compliance with approved business processes.
• Coordinate issue resolution, system enhancements, user testing, and training to support operational efficiency and business continuity.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives, particularly within a supply chain context.
• Strong understanding of procurement, supplier management, inventory, and material management processes.
