The Role: Medical Representative - Makkah

Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC is seeking a Medical Representative to join its team in Makkah. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role involves promoting Hikma products and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess sales targets, activities, and achieved goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, to promote product prescription, dispensing, and usage.
• Increase awareness of Hikma products through continuous learning and information sharing with healthcare providers.
• Gather current information on healthcare professionals and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure product availability, adequate territory coverage, and monitor competitor activity and products.
• Follow up on and review Hikma products’ market performance based on client responses and other indicators, identifying new market opportunities.
• Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/reporting for the supervisor/manager to ensure optimal territory coverage.
• Ensure compliant behavior in accordance with company rules and regulations.
