About the Role

Dayar Alorjwan Real Estate is seeking an Off-Plan Property Consultant to join their sales team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations in Jeddah and Dhahran. The role involves working on residential projects licensed by the Ministry of Housing.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in off-plan sales and the ability to manage clients from initial contact through to contract documentation via the "Sakani" and "Wafi" platforms. This role is crucial for driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Market and present off-plan projects to potential clients.
• Follow up with clients through the call center and provide detailed explanations of projects and products.
• Receive clients, analyze their needs, and offer suitable real estate solutions.
• Complete sales transactions and document contracts through official platforms such as "Sakani" and "Wafi."
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company plans.
• Build sustainable relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate future sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, customer service) to ensure an integrated client experience.
• Update the client database and monitor real estate closing stages.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a preference for experience in off-plan projects.
• Knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and negotiation strategies.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for client relationship management.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and achieve targets.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a major real estate company, focusing on licensed residential projects. The role requires working from the company's offices in Jeddah and Dhahran, as part of a dedicated sales team.
